Your Verixa profile is often the first thing a potential customer sees when they are deciding whether to trust you. A complete, claimed profile signals that you are an engaged, legitimate business — and it unlocks the tools to collect and respond to reviews. Here is how to set yours up properly.
1. Claim your business
Search for your business on Verixa. If a profile already exists, select Claim this business; if not, create a new one. You will verify ownership using your business email or a quick confirmation step. Claiming is free and takes a couple of minutes.
2. Complete every field
Profiles that are fully filled out earn more trust and more clicks. Make sure you add:
- Your logo and a short, clear description of what you do
- Website, location, and contact details
- Hours of operation and service areas
- The categories that best describe your business
3. Understand your score
Your Verixa Score is built from three independent dimensions — Quality, Service, and Value — each rated out of six and combined into one honest number. Before reviews start coming in, take a moment to read the Six-Star Method so you can explain the score to your customers with confidence.
4. Add your first badge
Even with only a few reviews, displaying your six-star badge on your website signals transparency. It tells visitors you welcome honest feedback — and every badge links back to your profile, building a steady stream of visitors.
You are ready
With a complete profile, a clear understanding of your score, and a badge in place, you are set to start collecting reviews. The next guide covers exactly when to ask so you get the highest response rate.
